and a little volunteering...
I'm so happy I'll be getting out this Sunday to volunteer for a group I think has been doing great work, The Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine. I worked with them part-time back in the 80s/early 90s when they first started out. And now they are celebrating 40 years at a gala just 20 minutes away from my home and early in the day on a Sunday! It's a perfect set up for my limited energy. Since 1985, the Physicians Committee has worked tirelessly for alternatives

Time to zen out...
October 27, 2025 It's about two months since my last post, and time is running along like a turtle! Kidney disease is a waiting game, I'm doing ok until I'm not, and no one knows when that will be. My previous doctor thought I'd be on dialysis by December if I didn't get a kidney, but my current doctor says I can stay where I am for several months, or not....As someone who likes to plan, the suspense is killing me!
